Prefab Timber Exterior Wall

This product is a complete exterior wall panel manufactured in our factory. It includes a timber frame, structural sheathing, and insulation. The frame uses Canadian S-P-F No. 2 lumber. All components are assembled together before shipping. The panel arrives ready to install. You simply crane it into position and fix it to the foundation. This system speeds up the building envelope stage. It also ensures consistent insulation performance across the whole wall.

We produce these panels using a wall frame assembly machine. This machine automatically positions studs, sheathing, and insulation. It then fastens them with nails at precise intervals. The result is a flat, square panel with accurate dimensions. We also use a bridge-type CNC nailing centre for larger panels. This equipment ensures each panel matches the next. Every panel is inspected, numbered, and packed for shipping. We keep records of all dimensions and materials used.

On-site wall construction is slow and weather-dependent. Rain and cold stop work. Our prefabricated panels eliminate this problem. They are built indoors, regardless of weather. Installation takes days instead of weeks. You need fewer skilled carpenters on site. This saves labour costs. We have supplied these walls for over 1,670 urban renewal projects. They have been used in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Wuhan. We also supplied them for the Nanjing Vocational College project. We support custom sizes and openings for windows and doors. Sample development takes 3-15 days. We offer a one-year warranty. Payment is 50% deposit, 50% after inspection.
