Prefab Timber Roof Truss

This roof truss system is manufactured in our factory and delivered as complete assemblies. Each truss is made from S-P-F lumber, with chords and webs connected by metal plates or glue. The trusses are triangulated for maximum strength with minimum material. They can span wide spaces without intermediate supports. We produce them for flat roofs, pitched roofs, and complex shapes. The system is designed for quick erection – often in one day for a typical house.

We use a bridge-type CNC nailing centre to assemble each truss. The machine positions nails exactly at every joint. This ensures consistent strength and reduces human error. After assembly, we check each truss for dimensional accuracy. We also add bracing and connector plates as needed. Every truss is numbered and packed. The numbering matches the roof plan. This allows your crew to place them in the correct sequence.

Traditional roof framing is dangerous and time-consuming. Our trusses are built on the ground, safely. They arrive ready to crane into place. This reduces accident risk and speeds up construction. We have supplied these trusses for urban renewal projects, schools, and commercial buildings. A total of 1,673 buildings have received our truss system.
