A Reliable Building System for Fast Assembly
This structural system uses Canadian S-P-F No. 2 dimensional lumber for walls, floors, and roofs. The wood species offers good strength and stability. We manufacture all components in our 3,600-m² factory with 56 skilled workers. Our facility is in Jiangsu Province, about 1.5 hours from Shanghai. The system is designed for residential housing, schools, offices, and urban renewal projects. We have completed over 1,670 such projects since 2006.

Precision Equipment Ensures Consistent Quality
We use a CNC machining center for high-precision drilling and grooving. A wall frame assembly machine automatically positions studs, sheathing, and insulation to form complete wall panels. This guarantees consistent dimensions panel to panel. A bridge-type CNC nailing center handles floor joists and roof trusses with computer-controlled nail placement. These machines reduce human error and speed up production. Every component is inspected and numbered before packing. We also use reverse scheduling to control major milestones and daily rolling checks to ensure on-time delivery.
Solve On-Site Labor and Time Problems
Buyers often struggle with long construction schedules and uneven workmanship. Our factory-made panels arrive ready to install. Assembly is quick and straightforward. You need fewer workers on site, and the risk of weather delays drops significantly. We support custom orders based on your drawings and offer OEM/ODM services. There is no strict minimum quantity; we agree on terms per contract. We accept third-party inspections and provide a one-year warranty. During production, we send photos and videos regularly. All records are kept for traceability.
