Prefab Timber Cabin

These complete cabins are manufactured in our factory and shipped to your site. You can transport them as one piece or knock them down into panels – the latter saves up to 70% on freight. They are perfect for vacation rentals, glamping sites, resort additions, or backyard guest houses. The structure uses Canadian S-P-F lumber, and every panel is built with precision. Our cabins combine natural warmth with modern production accuracy.

We use a CNC machining centre to cut and drill all framing members. A wall frame assembly machine automatically fixes studs, sheathing, and insulation into complete wall panels, ensuring each panel is identical. Another CNC machine does complex drilling and milling on finished components for hardware installation. A combination press joins beams and columns into larger sub-assemblies, which speeds up on-site erection. Every part is inspected, numbered, and packed with coding for easy traceability.

High transport costs and lack of skilled labor are common problems for cabin buyers. Our knockdown option drastically reduces shipping volume. The numbered parts and detailed assembly drawings make installation simple – a small team can erect a cabin in 3-5 days. We have delivered cabins to the USA, French Polynesia, Nepal, and Ethiopia. We support OEM and ODM modifications. Sample development takes 3–15 days. Free samples are available, but you pay the freight. Standard payment is 50% deposit and 50% after inspection. We also provide online technical support during assembly.
