Large-Scale Engineered Timber
These structures use large glulam members for offices, shops, and public spaces. We source Douglas fir, European spruce, and Scots pine, bonded with structural adhesives. This system goes up about 25% faster than concrete or steel. It also stores carbon – roughly one tonne per cubic metre of wood. The exposed timber interiors reduce the need for false ceilings, saving material costs.

Advanced Production for Commercial Grade
We start with defect scanning and stress grading of every lamination. Finger-jointing turns short pieces into long, continuous layers. Then we apply adhesive and press layers in horizontal presses – ideal for large sections. Four-sided planers give exact dimensions and a smooth finish. A CNC machining centre drills slots for connectors and conduits. A combination press assembles sub-components on site. Sorting and packaging equipment codes and packs each piece for easy identification.
Faster Construction, Lower Carbon
Developers need speed and sustainability. Our off-site fabrication reduces on-site work by weeks. Factory quality eliminates rework. The timber helps meet green building targets. We have built the Belgian Embassy office, the Hexi Zero-Carbon Pavilion, and the Qinglongshan Hotel (under construction). We also designed a kindergarten in Hangzhou. We accept custom orders – sample development takes 3-15 days. Free samples are offered, but freight is your responsibility. We give a one-year warranty and can send technicians for on-site guidance.
