Engineered for Strength and Beauty
These beams are made by bonding layers of high-grade timber with structural adhesives. We use imported Douglas fir, European spruce, and Scots pine. The result is a beam stronger than steel per unit weight and naturally attractive. It resists warping and shrinkage. These beams are ideal for long-span structures like shopping centres, sports halls, and airport terminals. Their exposed grain also adds aesthetic value to interiors.

Precise Manufacturing Every Step
Production starts with defect scanning to detect internal knots and pith in each lamination. Stress grading ensures only sound material moves forward. Finger-jointing machines connect short pieces into continuous laminations, improving wood yield. Then we apply adhesive precisely and press layers together in horizontal presses – perfect for large cross-sections and curved shapes. After curing, four-sided planers give the beam exact dimensions and a smooth finish. A CNC machining centre drills holes and cuts slots for connectors or service ducts.
Solutions for Long-Span Needs
Contractors worry about load capacity and long-term stability. Our beams deliver proven performance. They can span wide spaces without intermediate columns, giving you flexible floor plans. Architects appreciate the natural look that reduces the need for extra ceiling finishes. We have supplied these beams for the Belgian Embassy in China – a carbon-neutral office building – and for the Nanjing Zero-Carbon Pavilion. We support custom sizes based on your drawings. Sample development takes 3-15 days. We offer free samples, but shipping is at your cost. Volume discounts are negotiable and written into the contract.
