Wide Open Spaces without Columns
This truss system uses glued laminated timber to create large roof spans. The truss consists of top chords, bottom chords, and web members arranged in a triangular pattern. This geometry distributes loads efficiently. It allows you to cover halls, gymnasiums, and exhibition centres without intermediate supports. Our trusses are made from imported Douglas fir and European spruce, bonded with structural adhesives. They offer excellent strength-to-weight ratios. The natural wood finish adds architectural appeal.

Engineered for High Performance
We start with defect scanning and stress grading of all lumber. Finger-jointing turns short pieces into long continuous members. Then we apply adhesive and assemble the truss components in a custom jig. Our bridge-type CNC nailing centre precisely positions and fastens the connections. For larger trusses, we use a combination press to join sub-assemblies. After assembly, we plane all surfaces and perform a full dimensional check. Each truss is numbered and packed with coding for easy on-site identification. Our production process ensures consistent quality.
Solve Your Span and Speed Problems
Buyers often need to cover large areas quickly and economically. Concrete and steel solutions are heavy and slow to install. Our timber trusses are lightweight, so they reduce foundation costs. They arrive prefabricated and ready to erect – cutting on-site labour by up to 40%. We have supplied trusses for the Qingdao World Horticultural Expo, the Hongkong Land Seed Pavilion, and the Qinglongshan Hotel. We also delivered a glulam pavilion in Saudi Arabia. We support custom spans and shapes. Sample development takes 3-15 days. We offer free samples (freight at your cost). Standard payment is 50% deposit, 50% after inspection. We provide a one-year warranty and online technical support during installation.
