Sustainable Strength from Bamboo
Bamboo is a fast-growing renewable resource. We process it into engineered components for construction. These components have high strength and excellent dimensional stability. They are harder than many hardwoods. We produce structural members – columns, beams, and decking – from laminated bamboo. Our process uses bamboo strips bonded with structural adhesives under heat and pressure. The result is a material that is both eco-friendly and durable. It is ideal for projects that prioritise sustainability.

Advanced Processing for Reliable Quality
We start with raw bamboo culms. We split them into strips, remove the outer skin, and dry them to a precise moisture content. Then we apply adhesive and laminate the strips in a press. Our gluing and pressing equipment ensures uniform density and strength. After curing, we machine the components using CNC routers and planers. This gives them accurate dimensions and smooth surfaces. Every piece is inspected for defects and numbered. Packaging is designed to protect the bamboo during international shipping.
Meet Green Building Demands
Buyers are under pressure to lower carbon footprints. Bamboo sequesters carbon rapidly. Our engineered bamboo components offer a credible alternative to timber and steel. They are strong enough for structural use – we have used them in load-bearing applications. We completed demonstration projects in Nepal and Ethiopia under the Belt and Road Initiative. We also used bamboo in the Hexi Zero-Carbon Pavilion. We support custom dimensions and shapes. Sample development takes 3-15 days. Free samples are available, but shipping is at your cost. Bulk orders receive discounts. We offer a one-year warranty and online technical support.
