Lightweight, Strong Floor Cassettes
This floor system uses parallel chord truss joists (PCTJ) as the main structural members. The joists are factory-assembled into cassettes with sheathing on top. The result is a flat, stiff floor panel. It spans long distances with minimal deflection. The open web design allows services to run through the joists. This saves ceiling height. The system is lightweight, which reduces foundation loads. It installs quickly, often in hours rather than days.

Engineered for Consistent Performance
We manufacture the PCTJ joists using our bridge-type CNC nailing centre. This machine fixes the chords and webs with precise nail patterns. Then we assemble the joists into floor cassettes. We add tongue-and-groove sheathing for stiffness. Each cassette is checked for flatness and squareness. We number them to match the floor layout plan. Our production process ensures all cassettes are identical. This makes site assembly foolproof.
Faster Floor Construction, Lower Cost
On-site floor framing is time-consuming and error-prone. Our cassettes arrive ready to place. One crane can set a whole floor in a single day. This reduces labour and scaffolding costs. The lightweight design also allows smaller cranes. We have supplied these floors for over 1,670 buildings in China. We also exported them for projects in Austria and the USA. We support custom spans and loads. Sample development takes 3-15 days. We give a one-year warranty and can provide installation drawings. Payment is 50% deposit, 50% after inspection.
